How Centered Health Changes Lives

We believe in the power of real feedback from our clients and their families. Their stories show our dedication to helping them rediscover well-being and find empowerment on their personal journeys.

Our daughter had been prescribed a strong medication after she was hurt during gymnastics practice. We never expected it to lead to an addiction. We’re so grateful to the staff of Beachside for helping her when we could not.

If you want assistance in overcoming an addiction, you should come to this location. It is highly recommended that you search them up so that you may also take advantage of the Meadowglade. The treatments offered by The Meadowglade were given the highest possible endorsement by her therapist.

Our niece has been dealing with anxiety since before the pandemic and had started taking a turn down a scary path. We were there with her parents when reaching out to Beachside and what a tremendous help they have been in helping her deal with her anxiety and substance abuse. They have an amazing team there to support and who are dedicated to their clients.

After the death of my husband, I had severe depression and anxiety that I thought I was handling ok. It wasn't until my friends reached out to me about Los Angeles Outpatient that I realized it had gotten so much worse. The team of professionals working at the center have just really helped me with tools and techniques on how to deal with my anxiety and depressive moods. I'm grateful to this program and to my friends for recommending me to it.

I began treatment for anorexia at LAOP after being hospitalized. Between daily nutrition counseling and therapy, I am slowly building a better relationship with food and with myself.

When my brother’s ODD came to a head last year, my family was at our wits end and it became clear he needed more help than we could provide. All of us did our research and eventually I came across Hillcrest. It seemed like a great place. So far, we’ve all been working with them for about a month and we’re seeing a huge difference in my brother’s behavior.

The best decision I made for myself was to finally get treatment for my addiction. It was the hardest thing I think I’ve ever had to do, there is no doubt about that. For quite a while I was too scared to even try to change that about myself but taking those steps has given me a new life.

Thank you to the clinicians and support staff that supported me during my year-long treatment. I cannot express the amount of gratitude that I have for helping me through my recovery process. Although my profession is not in this field, you all have incidentally instilled a desire in me to share my story and to help others who are struggling with their own mental wellness situations. Again, thank you.

Getting through a difficult situation is just part of life. We didn't know how hard the loss of my father was hitting my child until he started to discuss joining him. There was no hesitation getting him help. Hillcrest was the best fit for his needs and the difference in him today is incredible. Thank you.

Lest anyone who hears postpartum depression think it is not a real thing, my sister is living proof that it is. She was always so happy around my three children and couldn’t wait to have a baby of her own. She was as baffled as we were about her symptoms. The Meadowglade has made a huge difference for her.
